The Luxe Retreat

Located within a 2,700-square-foot custom home in Downtown Campbell, this project showcases a luxury primary en suite bathroom featuring modern amenities rooted in traditional craftsmanship. The suite incorporates high-efficiency windows, large-format porcelain surfaces, and custom cabinetry and casework. Built under the oversight of veteran master builder Gary Keeth, the spa-like retreat is engineered for daily restoration and lasting durability.

A Spa-Like Sanctuary of Precision

Designing a luxury primary en suite bath within a residence in downtown Campbell requires combining a spa-like atmosphere with uncompromising waterproof assembly and structural framing. The goal for this primary suite retreat was to create an elegant, light-filled “black and white” themed environment with refined material continuity.

The space features large-format porcelain wall surfaces, a custom walk-in shower with a steam system, a freestanding soaking tub, heated floors, and handcrafted vanity millwork. Every detail, from membrane waterproofing to concealed mechanical systems, was executed under master builder standards to ensure long-term structural protection and daily performance.
