Woodside, Westridge / Family Farm
Equestrian Spirit
Located in the Westridge area of Woodside, this project showcases custom horse stables and facilities featuring modern amenities rooted in traditional craftsmanship. The development highlights 3,800 square feet of custom riding stables, radiused standing seam roofing, advanced underground septic and water containment engineering, and custom manure management systems. Built under veteran master builder oversight, Gary Keeth integrated horse safety with luxury estate living.
Crafted for Woodside Horse Culture
Building a custom equestrian facility in Woodside requires a deep respect for local horse culture, site ecology, and specialized animal safety engineering. Integrated into a 10,000-square-foot estate property, the vision for Equestrian Spirit was to construct a complete horse retreat that feels naturally connected to the surrounding landscape while standing on its own through exceptional craftsmanship.
The centerpiece of the facility is the 3,800-square-foot custom stable system, engineered with radiused standing seam metal roofs, non-slip rubberized flooring, and flush safety hardware to protect the horses. Behind the scenes, extensive work was dedicated to underground civil engineering, including specialized manure treatment facilities, high-capacity septic infrastructure, and site-wide water containment systems. From the climate-controlled tack rooms to the stable stalls, every detail was executed to master builder standards for long-term health and durability.
Gary’s Perspective
"Building within a property of this scale requires careful planning and a deep respect for both the existing architecture and the surrounding landscape. Our goal was to create a complete horses’ retreat that feels naturally connected to the larger Woodside Estate, while still standing on its own through exceptional craftsmanship and timeless design. Every detail was thoughtfully executed to ensure the stables provide the comfort and safety horses need for long term health and well being."
