Classic Beauty Meets Custom Function

Constructing a Mediterranean Revival estate on a 7,500-square-foot footprint in the Byrne Park area of Los Altos Hills required a careful balance of authentic historic character and modern structural performance. A grand, curved wrought-iron stairway welcomes guests, guiding light and sightlines throughout the main level. The living and dining areas are centered around prominent fireplaces, while custom cabinetry is integrated throughout the home, pairing seamless function with superior craftsmanship.

Beyond the traditional architectural envelope, the floor plan is intentionally organized around the family’s daily lifestyle, creating distinct yet connected zones for entertaining, relaxing, and private retreat.
